At NativeEats India, we take pride in delivering fresh, authentic South Indian snacks, made in-house using organic ingredients. As our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict No Refunds and No Returns Policy.

1. No Returns / No Refunds

  • Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
  • Please check your order carefully before completing payment.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

While we maintain the highest quality standards, if you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit, or
  • Different from what you ordered

you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After review, we may provide a replacement or store credit, at our sole discretion.

3. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for courier delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued for such delays.

4. Exceptions

Refunds or returns may only be made where required by applicable Indian consumer laws.
