At Native Eats India, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If for any reason you wish to cancel or return an item, we’ve outlined the process below.
- Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched. To cancel your order:
Before Dispatch: If your order has not been processed or dispatched, you can easily cancel it by contacting our customer support team at nativeeatsindia@gmail.com

After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, we are unable to cancel the order.
- Refund Policy
Refunds are issued based on the following conditions:
For Cancelled Orders: If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, a full refund will be processed.
For Returns: If you wish to return a product after receiving it, refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:
The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The product should be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with tags intact.
Perishable items (such as food) are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.
Refund Process:

with your order number and reason for return.
Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected for any damage or misuse.
Refund Issuance: Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-refundable Items: Certain products such as food items, customized products, or sealed items (where the seal has been broken) cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued, especially if the product shows signs of wear or is returned outside of the specified return window.
