5. No Refunds / No Returns: All sales are final, except where required by law.
6. Delivery:
   • Local orders → Same-day delivery (within service area).
   • Rest of India → 2–3 business days.
   • Pan-India shipping available.
7. Risk: Risk passes to you once order is handed to courier.

9. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to courts of Kanniyakumari District, Tamil Nadu.
